Question HELP!! We need info on Tri Cities? moving?

CAn anyone help us - we are going to the area June 6th for vacation and to do research work - we are a small family of 3 - are trying to reinvent ourselves into a smaller population atmosphere - looking for PAsco, RIchland, or Kennewick to settle in - open a small retail business geared to home accents - What's FInley like?
enjoy life - biking, hiking, camping, fishing, dog walking
seeing lots of green and enjoying a good bottle of wine..
Are the homes reasonable? under 175K 3 br/2car
Are the winters mellow? and the summers beautiful with flowers and green?
we are relocating from Az - 118 degree summers with BROWN everywhere you look and 1.3 mil population -
Do you get a lot of tourism?

Western Pasco has nice, new, inexpensive homes. 3br/2 car is usually 120-140K. Rd. 68 is a flourishing bussiness center, also in Pasco, near all the new homes. Richland is more quiet, nice homes especially Meadow Springs in the South. Kennewick is the largest by a little, has the mall and most of the best shopping, as well as new homes. Kennewick would probably be the best area for bussiness. Finley is a small, farming community outside of Kennewick. Lots of Recreation, huge park on the river, Columbia Park, also Howard Amon Park good for biking, fishing and dog walking. Camping and hiking are probably more interesting in the mountains. 2 mountain ranges (Blue and Cascade) each about 2 hours away. Lots of wineries in the area. Almost 1,000 I believe. Honestly the winters are not mellow, but not too bad either, occasional light snow, cold, fog. The summers are hot and dry. The river and public pools are there to cool you off. BUT WE ARE IN A DESERT. Ironically we are The Evergreen State, even though about 1/3 of the state is desert. Therefore brown is everywhere. Population is about 230,000 metro (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, West Pasco*, Burbank*, Finley*, Badger Canyon*, and Benton City) Not much tourism here, ever.

*Not a city, part of county

The only areas of the Tri-Cities I wouldn't live at is East/Central Pasco (E. of Hwy 395) and the northeastern corner of Kennewick (East of Olympia Street and north of 19th Avenue), those are the poorest parts of town.
