The Sex Offender stigma can be a tricky thing. Some people have it who really shouldn't. But for those of them who should....having to allow them into your neighborhood or apartment/condo complexes really does seem unfair. However, once they have paid their debt to society, they do have the right to live SOMEWHERE. I'm not sure if there is a great way to handle it.

May I suggest that any sex offender with half a brain would "escape" after parole and go underground ... move to another state ... assume another identity???

actually, many former pedos who decided that they didn't want to go back to jail decide they won't leave any witnesses next time.
