And I'm convinced she's guilty, just as the jurors were. And not because of anti-DP "documentaries" but, rather, two decades of reading court reports and testimony..
You read all the court reports and testimony - for two decades? Really? How long did that take you? Are you an attorney who worked on her case? Or a family member?
How many of us here think that if darlie had died then Darrin would be in prison ? I think the cops bungled this case from the start walking all over everything . How did the sock get in the alley without a trail of blood behind it if darlie supposedly put it there ? too many holes in this case and one of the so called experts did not need or make a report ? I think the jury had white coat syndrome as well believing everything a so called medical professional swore to be gospel . Obviously this jury was made up of people who had never had run ins with the law or any experience with law enforcement at all . She also had poor defense team . They did not call a few people they should have . I hope she does get a new trial . This case was just bungled from the start .
Yeah somebody is dirty here greg davis for one and who lined that judges pocket . Any prosecutor that has been charged with dirty deeds should be thoroughly investigated and all his cases too . Oh wait that might be too much work for the current DA . Even more reason to give her a new trial .
