I think the KEY word is REASONABLE.

Darlie's excuses are UN reasonable.
The facts are REASONABLE.

She is GUILTY. The jury got it right.

You read all the court reports and testimony - for two decades? Really? How long did that take you? Are you an attorney who worked on her case? Or a family member?

This case is on The Last Defense on ABC tonight. It'll be interesting to see how experts defend her.

The constitution provides for a fair trial, not a perfect one.

O.J. Simpson slaughtered two people, Robert Blake killed his wife, and Darlie Routier killed her kids.

How many of us here think that if darlie had died then Darrin would be in prison ? I think the cops bungled this case from the start walking all over everything . How did the sock get in the alley without a trail of blood behind it if darlie supposedly put it there ? too many holes in this case and one of the so called experts did not need or make a report ? I think the jury had white coat syndrome as well believing everything a so called medical professional swore to be gospel . Obviously this jury was made up of people who had never had run ins with the law or any experience with law enforcement at all . She also had poor defense team . They did not call a few people they should have . I hope she does get a new trial . This case was just bungled from the start .

Yeah somebody is dirty here greg davis for one and who lined that judges pocket . Any prosecutor that has been charged with dirty deeds should be thoroughly investigated and all his cases too . Oh wait that might be too much work for the current DA . Even more reason to give her a new trial .

I watched a documentary on Darlie and I still think she's innocent.
