Not sure how you are going to identify a guy like this with a psych exam. Do you ask "Do you like to look at naked kid porn?" and then ask "Does looking at naked kids excite you?" to trip him up?

I'm 1/2 joking, it's just that some people can be a little "off" while never resorting to stuff like this. Maybe you just wind up identifying people whom aren't a threat to others but in their private is into swapping, furries, S&M and so on and so forth. Big difference there between someone that is a threat to others and one that has personal fetishes that are deemed abby-normal.
