I think it's a trick so Casey can appeal. She will NOT take the stand...good lord that would be the nail on the coffin..(not that it isn't already)

Lets all face it Baez knows his client did it, has no chance on getting her off scott free, he has no case to base anything on but yet the state HAS to give Casey an attorney. I can't say as I am impressed with what I have seen but he has nothing going in his defense of her.

Am I wrong in remembering that the State of Florida would not give Casey any type of deal or did I actually hear that?

The cover of "People" "Will She Get Away With Murder?". Interesting. They stae that the state may not have proven her guilt. No proof, no conviction. I don't get it-- Caylee is dead. Casey lied about where she was...and the state still has not proven the case? Hmmm

Not with the statesemnts she has made that are so varied. The defense seems to be abuse as a child and accidental death caused by her trama from it.

But she must be guilty without a shadow of doubt before any of the jury may convict her of the charges. Just by her lying does not mean she is capable of murder.

I don't see her moving back home with her parents if she is not convicted. She will probably have to get a job too...good luck on that one! Or could she make money on any type of movies made...sick and wrong...

I think the problem with this case is the time that expired between Caylee's death and the discovery of her remains (destroyed a lot of evidence). How and when Caylee died. I don't think it's been determined an exact cause of death (although Dr. G says in her experience it's a homicide). Also can the state place her at the crime scene (wherever that may be, the pool, the woods etc.) at the time of Caylee's death.

No eyewitnesses and thus far Casey has done a masterful job of keeping her mouth shut, (although she has slipped up a couple of times). A lot of accused murderers fold under pressure from detective questioning or admit to a celly they did it. I think she is guilty as do most people but it still has to be proven.

Medical examiner cannot 100% rule exact on time of death. Its not forensically possible. Most cases even murder are circumstantial. Crime scene was a pet cemetery casey used to bury her pets....thats pretty telling IMO.

parents are in mode of, shes not innocent, we just dont want her to get DP...so, imo she will get LWOP at least.
