She is great and I wonder if she will say something when it is the States turn again...

She will probably handle the rebuttal ... she is the Lead Attorney for the State on this case. But Jeff may do it. I just hope they keep Frank George in his chair. Bless his heart he has tried but he doesn't have that WOW of Ashton and Burdick.

You would think, right? I used to live in Miami, it's HOT there. Hot and humid. And people still leave their kids and dogs in the cars. And then wonder why the kids or dogs end up dead. They were only gone "for a minute". Right.

Depending on the color of the car it can be even more hot and faster hot ....I drive a black car and it gets pretty hot when parked for just a minute while our other cars are red/burgundy....much difference. If I would live my dogs in there for 2 minutes at midday they wouldn't make it in the balck car when the outside temp. Is 97 since where we live is usually even warmer then else where.

I don't think there is enough evidence to prove exactly what caused Cayley to die.

I think the jury will give a manslaughter or some similar verdict.

If Casey had just left her in the car, and called the police when she was dead, she not be in trouble now. If Caylee had drowned, and she just called the police. But the concoluted stories she told to "explain" where Caylee was, for weeks! That is pre-meditated.

Pre-meditated means BEFORE the death.....that the person thought of, planned, to murder someone BEFORE THEY DID IT. NOT reporting the death is NOT premeditated murder.

Accidental death is ACCIDENTAL death. That is not a crime. Whatever she did after the accidental death may or may not be a crime.

Caylee's death was not an accident, it was planned for months prior to her death by Casey Anthony.

Caylee was begining to talk, and spill the beans on Casey's life of BS and lies. Casey could not party with a kid, or live the life she envisioned for herself.Casey is a high school drop-out, who fabricates that she has a great job as an "event coordinator" with a rich boyfriend. Then, she does meet a man, Tony, who did like Casey, but Caylee was in the way of Casey's life, the life she wanted, and blamed Caylee for her not having it. Casey wanted Caylee gone.

The problem, is that in Casey's fantasy life, she did not quite figure out or process how to deal with the reality of her family wanting Caylee.

All Casey could see was wanting Caylee gone.
