...arguing with someone that likes to argue
Yeah, that's what this thread turned into. It's not interesting anymore.

You're right I think the one arguing the loudest is an Anthony fan!

Not at all, but if casting me in that light helps you to deal with the pain of being on the losing side of history, be my guest.

I know.
They don't want us starting more threads on this case but you almost have to in order to escape this torture and be able to exchange thoughts.
Maybe the defense team is paying posters to clean up her image. More money for them to get her into our living rooms.
She is not getting into mine.
I want them to give the 5 million to those in charge of the crime scene photos so I can see the same evidence that the jury saw.
I want to see how that tape lined up.

I don't understand why the jurors just accepted an alternative "story" concocted by the defense, rather than the carefully, laid out, and logical sequence of events, backed up with evidence, that was presented by the prosecution. I could have accepted the jurors decision easier if there had been ANY type of review, or demonstration of actually reviewing testimony, and evidence. After all, it was a six week trial, and THESE jurors did NOT want to review ONE iota of information presented? Wow, either everything was over their heads, and they did not even have the capacity for critical analysis of the evidence, or these folks were uncanny in their ability for precise recall, without notes. I am going with the first, they were all too overwhelmed to make any type of analysis, requiring review, and discussion.

You are incorrect. Are you a parent? If that is highly speculative, then I feel sorry for any children whose parents would do otherwise. Unfortunately, there are too many of them. Those parents are not loving, caring parents. Period. You can try to spin that any way you want, but the bottom line is that of all the points in this case, that is one that is just not a legal issue. I am not saying this make her a murderer, just an awful parent.

The only losers in this case were those who loved that child.

That and people who would prefer that jury verdicts make sense.

Could have been much better implemented. Looks like I take the crown for photo smack talk.

If you listen to Jennifer Ford's interview, the jury didn't necessarily believe the defense's story was true, just that it was plausible and could have actually fit into the prosecution's case. The prosecution also had no sequence of events and their whole case was essentially "here's Caylee's body in a bag, here's Casey partying and lying and some highly questionable science saying a body may or may not have been in her trunk, so find the ***** guilty".
