Oh, come on. Florida is one of the harshest states in the country in terms of death penalty trials and death row. Plus that jury was a death qualified jury, which means they were more likely to come back with a guilty verdict than an "ordinary" jury.

I'm assuming that's what the jury will say. In their books.

I can understand "not proven". I didn't think the state of CA proved Robert Blake killed his wife.

But this case? The prosecution proved it to me. Were I on that jury we'd still be sitting in the jury room because I'd hang that jury if necessary. IMO the state of Florida proved that Casey Anthony killed her daughter.

I heard Nancy Grace and one of her equally disreputable analysts discussing how Casey has a lack of skills and pondering her future. This coming from a woman who has essentially made a living for three years attacking this woman and attempting to undermine her civil right to a fair trial. Talk about a lack of skills. Another comeuppance for these self-proclaimed justice advocates.

Yeah? This ^^^^ is just ridiculous. If you really think that's true, review the Ted Bundy case.

I wouldn't presume to think I know as much about Casey Anthony as a God would know.

The state did not prove to me that Casey was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. For those who believe in God, no doubt God has known all along what happened, and seems He/She did not see fit to have the jury find her guilty.

Unhappy The legal system

Our whole system is out of control. The media - live interviews, book deals, movie deals - all should be banned in this case. Everyone wants their $$$ and their 15 minutes of fame.

I am totally sick to my stomach and this heinous individual who shows NO good qualities at all is out in a few days. Heaven help us all. She blatantly lied, stole, deceived and it's on video!! My gosh, how much more do you need?

She is a police officer's daughter - I'm sure she knew about decomposition. Leave the body long enough and you won't know the cause of death.

I also believe the whole abuse thing is totally made up. God knows why her parents love her - it's just not evident to the majority of the public.

Poor little Caylee.
