I think I'm stupid for even replying to your post and better ignore them if you think she really is a victim...people always search for the same kind of people and admire people of the same kind..Jurist - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Btw even her own defense lawyer called her a sick liar in maybe a different wording but just read the transcript about his opening statement in which he also acknowledged that she was aware of the death o the little girl from day one...so she can answer the question real soon with Baez on her side, and trying to stop any "difficult" hurtful questions...mind my words....she doesn't need him on her side since she can't incriminate herself due to double jeopardy, so no need for Baez to sit there, only for him to get additional money.
She is the victim of a "high-tech" tabloid lynching. They have done absolutely nothing but character assassination for months. Just because someone is a liar doesn't mean they cannot be victimized. I have no doubt that her future is going to be full of personal hell for her.

I have never ever said I "admire" Casey Anthony. I don't admire her. I'm just raising questions which others won't bring up. Devil's advocate, if you will. And I don't believe and take as gospel all that crap the tabloid media is spewing because it is so, so one-sided. There is no balance at all.

I'm looking at the information which has been released about this person and finding that it is very one-sided. I think that Casey Anthony absolutely does have some behavioral and psychological problems and should certainly seek professional help immediately! But that alone does NOT make her a sociopath or a murderer in my OPINION. I don't know what happened with her daughter because I don't have a crystal ball which tells me and I simply cannot read the minds of other people. The jury found her not guilty. They heard all the evidence the state had and presented. They found that the state didn't prove the case. That's the bottom line.

people always search for the same kind of people and admire people of the same kind..

^^^^ so now you think you can read my mind from reading my posts and apparently think you can accurately judge my character just from reading my posts! Come on. I know you're smarter and better educated than that.

Casey Anthony subpoenaed in Zenaida Gonzalez case

The promised link to the subpoena of Casey...!

Anthony is due to give a deposition on July 19 in attorney John Morgan's office in downtown Orlando.

“One of the things that I think America doesn't want is for her to profit,” Morgan said.

Morgan brought the civil case against Anthony in September 2008, one month before she was indicted for murder.

Now she could be on the verge of walking out of jail.

“My first reaction was wow,” Morgan said. “My second reaction was about my own case. ‘Game on. Here we go.’”

Morgan said he needed to act fast and dispatched a process server to lay a subpoena on Anthony personally.

“We worry that she may leave the state,” Morgan said. “And we wanted to get her served if that happened.”

Morgan represents Zenaida Gonzalez.

She became involved in the investigation after Anthony told police she had left Caylee with her admittedly imaginary nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation.

Interesting...I hope she makes out for future earnings. I would have no problem with Zenaida going for $100 million. And dog Casey for life, for money. Make sure Casey has nothing in her name...but of course, we all know Casey would get around it somehow...

Zenaida will have to PROVE actual damages, $$$ amount. Do you think Zenaida would have been able to earn $100 million over her lifetime? I don't. I will be interested to see what actual $$ damages she claims.

Only Casey matters to Casey. She will throw everyone else under the bus when it comes to the "great I am." Look how she did her father and brother. Sociopaths don't change for the better because they can't. It's hardwired in their brains. They can only feel for themselves, not others. Other people are not loved or seen as having any rights. To them other people are tools to use to get what they want OR obstacles to be eliminated if other people prevent them from getting what they want.

I agree with the people that say she's going to be in the news again and in trouble with the law again, even after this close call with the death penalty. Take a look at another sociopath who had a very serious brush with the law for the death of another person (Natalee Holloway) ... Joran van der Sloot. Look where he ended up. I don't see any changes in personality and behavior for the better when it comes to Casey Anthony either.
Exactly the problem. IMO Casey has no boundaries and this was the ultimate win. In her mind she is untouchable. I do hope that her life outside of jail is somehow worse than the prison sentence she so deserved. As is often said, "be careful what you wish for." I refuse to believe this will go unpunished. I just refuse to.

How much did Ronald Goldman get against OJ? Wrongful death, $33,500,000. But the Goldman's never recieved much money. The Goldman's did stop OJ from pubilishing his book.

While Zenaida's claim is not about a wrongful death...I would think that the compensatory damages due to her, and her family should be in the millions. The children need guards, and therapy, Zenaida has recieved death threats...this is very serious. She may need security for the rest of her life. And her family as well. In addition to the therapy for all the stress of this situation...I could go on...forget about lost earnings...that is a whole other issue.

Compensatory damages are meant for wages and quantifiable damages. Punitive are to ensure similar conduct is deterred.

You all do realize that Casey Anthony has had legal counsel for quite sometime, don't you? You do realize that it's most likely that her legal counsel has explained very carefully to her that she is, indeed, NOT untouchable. My guess would be that Casey Anthony would listen very carefully to what her attorneys who just saved her life would tell her.

Seems to me absurd to project all these "feelings" and "attitudes" onto this woman at this point. Amazing what boundaries might appear for someone who just went through six weeks of a death penalty trial!!! She's not like an old dog. She seems to be very capable of learning from new information.

Don't know if you believe in God or karma or what. However, every spiritual discipline I've ever known basically says it's a bad idea to wish harm on someone else, or that revenge is left to God, or that sending out bad energy (karma) will come back on you with equal force.

Aren't actual money damages (loss) required as an element to file such a lawsuit?

What I think may be a problem is that Casey Anthony did not even know this woman and made up the name. It will be interesting to watch this unfold.

You think an unbiased jury would buy all of that??
