He shouldn't be tried as an adult and there shouldn't be hate crime enhancements. Better luck next time though I think they should just drop it.

Just drop it? I hope you're talking about the hate crime charge and not the murder charges. I mean hope you're not suggesting a pre-meditated murderer be let go? Disgusting, simply disgusting.

Manslaughter as a juvenile, maybe. I am sure the kid learned his lesson anyway.

What the heck, why not a charge of disturbing the peace.
You're sure he learned his lesson? He is a cold blooded killer.

Was pulling out a gun and shooting some other human being in the head a normal occurrence at your high school?

This scum is a cold blooded killer.

Yet another brilliant deduction from a brilliant mind in Los Angeles.

Not that I am aware of. I beat someone with a chair and also stabbed someone in the arm with sharpened pencils. However I was provoked. Just walking away wasn't possible in the same way it is now.

Total juvenile behaviour. With the proper guidance he may grow up and out of it. I tend to believe the way this case is being prosecuted is politically motivated.

Depends on what you're definition of provoked. If your life was in immediate danger, than you would have been justified. If not, than your guilty of assault and should of been held accountable for your actions.

Juvenile behavior? Are yuo kidding me? He planned the murder of another human by bringing a gun to school and gunning him down in cold blood and you call this juvenile behavior? WOW....I'm just....WOW...

By the way, persons under the age of eighteen are prosecuted as an adult all the time, nothing political about the charges.
