This isn't how the criminal justice system works. The police don't automatically release you when you claim the act was an accident. Once you get an attorney they argue the cause for you to the prosecutor and if they don't believe you they don't release you. She could have told the police it was an accident (doubtful if she had an attorney by then) and they would not released her or re-interviewed her.

Why would she do that? They already admitted how the child died.

Is that a joke post? You can't be serious.

Young and irrresponsible mother perhaps means loosing your tot in a mall while being distracted on a cell phone and having to use the services of the mall cop.

Young and irresponsible does not mean (accidently or purposely) fatally overdosing your daughter with clauroform or another means so that you can go out and see your boyfriend, letting the body decay in the trunk of a car, partying like it's 1999 after her death, and then dumping her lifeless body in a swamp.

It's just a bit over what I would simply dismiss as "young and irresponsible", just a little bit....

What exactly did she learn? - Lying works. When you kill someone, dump the body in a swamp. My bella vita tattoo brought good luck. Children are disposable. Pick which one.

I reviewed the headings on one page for her...a bunch of astrology crap. "Casey Anthony is a pisces"...I am sure that explains all with the case.
I should have known, some posters aren't worth bothering with a response. Screwed up world out there.

Maybe it's because of the vindicitive rants by all these uninformed people who don't have any skin in the case, but have been driven to a mob frenzy anyways.

The jury did their job to the best of their ability. The public should not be angry with them. The public's opinion is being influenced highly by the media echo chamber out here.

Have some compassion, she is human, I know she is not right but wishing bad things on her doesn't bring any justice, just more violence

Hmmm...interesting...I guess 13 is Casey's new "lucky number". I think Casey better head out of Dodge (Orlando), and go live in Canada, or some place far away. And the less we hear about her, the better.
