It must be very hard to accept a child that was created by a monster who torchered you for 18 years. Sure she sees an thinks of him every time she sees her daughter.

I notice greek people for some reason have perfect spelling and I read a lot of american english an British english books and my spelling is not perfect. but i am working on it.

I think the term hero is inappropriate in this case. However, she is a young woman with amazing perserverence, vitality and a truly inspirational story about overcoming the most horrific conditions a young girl can face.

She could already read and write when she was kidnapped. In her interview she said that she had access to books and that she home schooled her daughters. She seems like a bright individual. I don't think that her years in school have determined her education. One can learn an awful lot about writing and language simply from reading. As for her punctuation and everything else being perfect, all books have editors.

What grade are you in?

I will be buying & reading it.

If sharing her story helps one person, I'm glad she did. Not to mention sharing her story & feelings may be a theraputic agent in helping her accept her past & move foward.

And really- she has 2 kids & no education. I don't blame her for sharing something that is beneficial in my eyes to help support them.

The bottom line is - even if she becomes a millionare- NO ONE would ever trade places with her and $ will NEVER buy back the last 18 years.

She told Diane Sawyer that she does not see Phillip Garrido in either of her daughters.

Good. So you know they are the people who check spelling, grammar and punctuation and not the author.
