You couldnt be more wrong on this subject and on so many levels. For one, " double-jeopardy " only applies to CRIMINAL charges. A civil suit is an entirely new case with entirely new rules and standards, and an entirely new jury { if there is a jury at all, sometimes its a trial by judge }

For two, I am assuming you are talking about the civil suits casey anthony is now facing? If so, then you need to get your facts straight. She isnt being brought up on civil charges for wrongful death or anything relating to the death of her daughter. She is being brought up on charges by zenida gonzales { sorry for the mispelling if it is } for the hardships that casey anthony's lies have caused her. She also may be facing charges by texas eqasearch for utilizing their services when she new full well { according to her own defense } that she didnt need them, that her daughter was dead and she intentionaly lied about that to them.

And I hope that she wraps herself in those plastic bags we spoke of earlier and rolls herself into that sewer that we also spoke of earlier.

Her life was fine until her own actions screwed it up. She has no remorse for her crimes, as far as she's concerned, she did nothing wrong at all--right down to stealing $45K from her mother and grandmother and writing fraudulent checks on her best friends bank account. With friends like Casey, who needs enemies?

well if she did that her life was NOT FINE! Here parents are responsible for how she turned out as a young adult. my understanding she was a troubled child and her parents were in denial about it.

Many people survive far worse than anything Casey ever did and go on to have well adjusted, content, productive lives without stealing and lying.

Where have I thrown stones at her? I hope she gets the mental help she desperately needs, unfortunately sociopaths seldom are "cured" through therapy.

And face it, her life will never be "normal." Remember Amy Fisher?

i was talking in general.

Yes i remember amy and she is not amy.

Casey can change her life if she wants to or not same with Amy she chose to go with the fame route with porn etc. Casey does not have to do that again they are 2 different people just because one person take the wrong turn does not mean others will
