This is impressive. At least she doesn't want to become a reality star.

The Bar would not approve her...even if she [somehow] earned a JD after graduating from high school and undergraduate school. Good luck with that happening!

She's a convicted felon. No soap.

Does she have a HS diploma?

Felons can get approved by the bar by the way.

I love vocational rehabilitation customers like Casey...never been able to hold down a job, no high school diploma, a felon..."I want to be a lawyer". Without a clue about the real skills needed. Not unlike drug addicts that want to be substance abuse counselors after attending treatment. Nothing wrong with a goal, but the problem is that the ideas are so grandiose. Not based in reality at all. How about Casey having a goal of finishing high school, and holding down ANY job for a minimum of six months, I bet it would not happen. She is SO typical, she over estimates her skills, good social skills does not equal having the fortitude to be successful in college.

Really? I know Florida is one of the tougher states on what you can and cannot do as a convicted felon. Then there is the question as to exactly what a "convicted felon" actually is? I've heard if you were never issued a DOC# from a FL prison, technically you're not a convicted felon and your rights are not lost. I suppose it would also matter if adjudication was withheld or not. As far as I know in FL, sex offense and violent convictions are on the record for life......no sealment or expungement.

The false info to LEO's are misdemeanors but I think some of her bad check charges are felonies. In any event, I'm sure Baez and Cheney are well connected to some good post conviction attorneys or would probably just do it themselves.
