Judge Perry orders Casey back to Orlando to serve her one year of probation.
I agree she needs to complete probation, but it seems inappropriate to have her serve in Orlando. I would think it should be done in a different jurisdiction.

Jose Baez confirms to News 13 that he will appeal the ruling. Baez will have to request a stay, to keep Anthony from having to serve out her probation while the appeal is considered by the 5th District Appeals Court in Daytona Beach.
He will probably file tomorrow ... he can't let go of his cash cow right now. It's not on the Appeals Court's website yet.
I saw a bunch of county inmates in my neighborhood for a whole week a couple of months ago picking up trash roadside.....I don't like it, they can see my lawn equipment and statues, get em outta here, rehabilitate them somewhere else.
Most of the people on litter patrol aren't a threat to you or your belongings.
My neighborhood is a private community, but I've seen various groups (inmates or people doing community service) picking up trash alongside the major roads that lead to my neighborhood, and have no problem with them being there.

One was offered and if within a month she isn't able to find another, she needs to take the offer on the table. The industry is legal. She seemed to have no problem showing off her "assets" to half the guys in Orlando when she was a party girl, what's the difference now?

Interesting, not that I feel bad for Baez and Cheney, but it may be a case of, be careful what you wish for, as Casey is now their "charge" for life. She is toxic.
This is almost worse than life in prison, go be in a city where every one knows you, and hates you. She is a liar, theif, ****, child killer, who would not line up to be her friend, or employer?
Because her daughter is dead and one way or another she is at fault. She didn't even see to it she had a proper burial. As my mother used to say...she made her bed and now she has to lie in it.
