Thanks for the update, SG...there might not be evidence tying him to the crime but maybe enough circumstantial evidence to find him guilty...

Yes good for the jury and a sad victory for her family...a little over $ 5million and they still have to decide on punitive damages...

But at least it's now a known fact that she did not take her life. Her family wanted that closure.

It's going to be an uphill battle and will probably never happen. The family tried to do that with the DA before and was denied. Now they're going to petition the sheriff's dept to reopen the case.
