Robin Wilkie spent her vacation at the Casey Anthony trial. Wilkie spent 20 days in court, at times just two rows behind Anthony, and says she got a perspective that people watching at home on television didn’t see.

“Casey Anthony had two distinct personalities throughout the trial,” Wilkie says. “She was reserved and serious when the jury was present and the television cameras were rolling. But she was gregarious, flirtatious and easy-going in the absence of the jury and media.”

Wilkie plans to write a book about her experience. It will give a behind-the-scenes look at the American justice system and jury selection process. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

I recall that too when they went over to that system of giving out numbers for entry to the trial.

Another one ... available on Amazon now.

Steve Helling's Books

Author Steve Helling, a Florida-based staff writer for PEOPLE magazine, covered the story from its beginning. His daily reports from the courtroom produced more than 100 stories about the case for PEOPLE magazine and People.com

With his deep knowledge of the Anthony saga, Helling offers riveting insights into all the players in one of the most controversial and unforgettable true-crime dramas of our time.

Amazon.com: Outrage: The Casey Anthony Story eBook: Steve Helling: Kindle Store

It seems People magazine may not pay Casey for an interview ... nor pay Casey for pictures ... but they sure hope to cash in on Caylee's death one way or another.

I dont have much room to talk though. I was going to put the verdict on DVD mostly because it was history and possibly with the hipes of selling it some day. I didn't end up doing it.
