I wouldn't be surprised if nonlawyers actually called in the grievances because they are still mad about the outcome.

Well, Jose Baez is why they made all those sleazy lawyer jokes. I suppose someone needs to defend criminal scum. "Lay with pigs".

Gary Giordano has been released from jail in Aruba. A judge ruled prosecutors failed to present enough evidence to continue holding him as a suspect in the presumed death of Robyn Gardner.

I wonder if Giordano will be able to collect the million dollar insurance policy he took out on Gardner before their trip.

U.S. man represented by Jose Baez leaves Aruba jail

Hes not guilty of a crime or suspect, so I'd think he could collect.

I think if he was smart he would drop the whole insurance claim...because the company will investigate the hell out of it...and will do at least a better job then the Aruban police! Also even Natalee Holloway has not been officially declared dead so I doubt this poor girl is going to be declared anytime soon(only if her body shows up)! I thought one of the main reasons they were looking at Giordono (other then the obvious)was that within hours of her going missing he notified the insurance company...kinda strange??
