She got offered a couple hundred thousand to pose naked. Looks like we might get to see that after all.

She has not current assets except donations received while in jail. Future earnings from personal services such as speaking or interviews are not bankruptcy assets. However, a trustee could argue that Casey Anthony’s name and her story are current assets that will generate future income. This intellectual property issue is most important in this bankruptcy analysis. ..spec. to Orlando, the trustee will decide

Many of Casey Anthony’s liabilities may not be dischargeable. Fines associated with her criminal penalty payable to State are not dischargeable. If someone brought an action on behalf of her deceased daughter the damages would not be dischargeable to the extent it was proven that the death was the result of a wilful and malicious injury. Casey apparently owes IRS money for 2008; that tax would not be dischargeable if the bankruptcy were filed before April, 2012.

Some good news at least, info case specific from Atty. Alper, Orlando.

I don't consider that a real job.

According to Mr. Larry Flynt, the founder of Hustler Magazine.

Sure.

They likely placed her in Ohio for awhile and kept her hidden so as to let the anticipation of her first sighting build. The higher the anticipation, the more valuable the "sighting" would be.

After awhile, they decide to move her again, but before they do, they contact a a media outlet { in this case TMZ } and tell them that for a certain amount of money, they will let them know exactly where she will be, and when she will be there so that they photographer can go and take pictures, video, etc.

Think about it, what is a photographer who works for an outlet based out of California doing in a nothing city like Columbus? Columbus is a big city, so even if you assume they did have somone there, what are the chances they are going to just happen across the same path as Casey A.? Those pictures were taken by someone standing directly infront of her, and yet, she didn't even flinch. Who goes into a store and imediately goes right infront of the window? The pictures show her walking the street with a cup from Starbucks, but yet the nearest Starbucks to where she was was over 2 miles. { oh yes, somone did the math on that one. }

The problem with this is that being ordered to repay investigation costs is neither a penalty nor a fine, so that much is still likely to be dischargeable. There is also no one with legal standing to sue for damages over the child's death. The only person who could do that would be Caylee's father, and he is supposedly dead.

Casey Anthonys under her defense teams thumb. Every move she makes is scrutinized by them first. I definately see the Larry Flint deal being veto'd.

You could be right about the Ohio deal. + Every magazine the pictures appeared in earned her money.

Yes she is under their thumb. My question is, why is her lawyers still a part of her life? The trial is over, they won, WTH? Apparently a dafense lawyer also stands for publicity agent now-a-days

They have a genuine interest in her welfare.

Its all abt $$$$ Apparently. baez is a defense atty so being sleazy is part of the job but the media is at fault for this...Its rather run of the mill now and I really cant watch anymore on this issue. Its just tacky and disgraceful.

Who is she really? a nut job who killed her kid...its not like she made a movie, wrote a great book or did anything for society....Sick of her and the parents. Time 4 a new case.

I read shes in Northern Florida and pursues her interest in photography.

Perhaps shes under the wing of Dorothy Clay Simms in Ocala.

Unlike the sociopathic Casey, the women they protected and defended, have a conscience and take some pity rather than throw her to the wolves.

If they didn't, she'd be posing in Larry Flints Hustler mag or dancing topless on a bar somewhere making a complete ass out the defense team.
