He said she had chopped up her husband in an effort to avoid meeting him in the afterlife in accordance with Egyptian mythology.

I don't think a person who is capable of physically cutting up another human being in their house can be rehabilitated.
It takes one sick puppy to be able to do that.
Just the amount of blood and chopping of bones alone would not be tolerable for a sane person.

(Not to be confused for someone in the medical profession.)

Dang..what was that story?

I remember reading a short story a long time ago about a couple of cops coming over to a lady's house to ask her questions about the disappearance of her husband.

The lady invited them to stay for a meal she was cooking on the stove. The cops agreed and they sat around the table eating the supper while the cops asked questions.

After they ate, they decided that she wasn't the guilty party because there was no evidence and left.

She had been cooking her husband and the cops ate him for supper.

WHAT was the title of that story?!!?!

Life does imitate art.

That is pretty sick. You have to cook meat to an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees, or else you risk food poisoning.
