Justice Denied: The Ng Case, the Most Infamous and Expensive Murder Case in History (book) by Joseph Harrington on AuthorsDen the above comments reminds me of the Ng case, 13 years....

There was a case in NC a few years ago that dragged on for around 5 years. I was convinced this woman murdered a child in a most heinous way and she essentially went on with her life while waiting to go to trial. She was convicted but with very little time and by the time she was, most people had either forgotten or lost the horror surrounding the case. And a lot of it was about who you know and not what you know. She was well connected.......a sad case. I am firmly convinced that NC legal system is corrupt from cases I have followed and I am not the only one.

It's strange how the sexual abuse just disappeared. The wife even made statements about wishing it was just the two of them ... she & her husband.

What is SN? We raised one child with ADHD at times it was like trying to harness the wind.

Special Needs One of my children has PDD-NOS. Your description of harnessing the wind is very apt for my boy as well.
