Why does Casey Anthony keep coming up roses!
Caseys deposition is based on the 5th and legally can maintain that stand. She lied during the entire investigation, what more explanation is needed?

However, it doesn't mean Zenida Gonzalez has lost ground in her civil suit. Her children were effected too.

Dr Phil...Jeff Ashton.... Wednesday - November 16, 2011

Imperfect Justice?

When Casey Anthony was acquitted of murder charges in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, it sparked public outrage and criticism toward prosecutors who jurors say failed to prove Casey’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Jeff Ashton — lead prosecutor in the case and author of Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony — answers tough questions and shares what he says are the never-before-revealed contents of Casey’s psychological report. What does he say Casey revealed about the day Caylee was last seen alive? How does Ashton think the toddler died? And what does he think about the jurors who returned the stunning verdict? Plus, hear from other high-profile attorneys — including O.J. Simpson prosecutor Marcia Clark — on where they think the case went wrong. Then, meet the woman who says she would let Casey babysit her children!

Thanks for this Virgode.

How can he reveal her mental report? Isn't it protected by confidentiality?

I doubt he will tell us anything he didn't already in the six or seven interviews following the verdict.

Since I didn't minutely follow this case, interviews, newspapers and forums, I will probably buy the book and read it. Others may have already heard his thoughts on the subject but, I had rather read about it, at my own leisure.

You are right, let the body decompose so the autopsy cannot 'without a reasonable doubt' determine the cause of death.

Trust me, you aren't missingall that much at all. No anger, no outrage or off the wall comments, anything like that.

Now, I am curious to see whether he gives a more crude smd personal opnion of the whoile thing in his book..... I'll have to wait and find out. He certainly shouldn't have any reservations about doing so, he's retired now.

From what I gather though, this wasn't all that shocking to him or the others. They are prosecuters after all, and this sort of thing happens all the time in their world.
