I watched a documentary on the Chinese culture. Unfortunately, this childs death is nothing more than population controll to the Chinese.

Does anyone remember a few months ago, when 21 dead infants were dumped on a riverbank in China? They determined that they were "hospital waste" incorrectly dispsosed of. What chilled me was that they were all little girls.

Only in China. And some say the US is the worst for criminal behavior. After I saw this video no one can convince me of that.
