I still say, just one appeal. That is it. Done deal. "You are a POS". Fry.

There's nothing like supporting a post with facts, logic or evidence. What will you tell the families of the people who were later shown to be innocent? Oops, sorry we were in a hurry and made a "slight mistake"?

From the quality of posts here, I think its pretty obvious who actually posts in a thoughtful manner and who simply comes here to vent.

This POS was executed as scheduled on Nov. 15, 2011. And he is definitely guilty of this crime, no doubt about it.

"STARKE — The man who raped and killed a mother and her two daughters in one unfathomable night of horror 22 years ago closed his eyes and died in his sleep on Tuesday.
Oba Chandler was executed by lethal injection at 4:25 p.m. for the 1989 murder of Joan Rogers and daughters Michelle and Christe. The Ohio family was visiting Florida when they were found floating in the bay, bound, tied to concrete blocks and stripped below the waist".

My, my, my ... where was Amnesty International??? The National Coalition to Abolish The Death Penalty (NCADP) ??? Where was Democracy Now???? Where was People of Faith Against The Death Penalty???

A small number gather outside Oba Chandler execution to protest death penalty

The protest groups cannot just pick and choose which convicted prisoner on death row they will support and promote. Example ... Troy Davis proclaimed he was innocent before execution in Georgia ... hundreds gathered outside of prison protesting, TV stations broadcasting live ... Oba Chandler's final statement in a note said "Today you are killing a innocent man."

Both men spent years and years in prison and in appeals courts ... yet only one was chosen for the massive protest turnout ... I wonder what the criteria is to be the Stop Execution Protest Poster Person.

Biased crapola, most of those listed on these websites are actually guilty of the crime.
