Dr Phil must have the families consent to publically air the results. I rarely watch the show and this upcoming episode is poor taste.

This surprised me...Wecht believes John Ramsey was molesting JonBenet.

After reviewing the autopsy results on JonBenet Ramsey, Wecht piped in, claiming that the child’s death was most likely an accident, the result of a perverse, ritualistic sex game performed by her father.

Dr. Phil is probably the only one the family could get to air the show.

The Wecht autopsy results were supposed to have been made public on Thursday (11/10)--has anyone heard or seen anything? I suspect that if they haven't been made public yet, there is nothing in the new autopsy that would challenge the police reports...

The Mysterious Death of Rebecca Zahau

Tuesday - November 15, 2011

Rebecca Zahau: The New Autopsy Results Revealed

New details of Rebecca Zahau’s death emerge: Was the scene staged to deceive the police into believing she committed suicide? Rebecca’s sister, Mary, and brother-in-law, Doug, say Rebecca never would have killed herself — and definitely not in the manner that she was found. Hear details, they say, just don’t add up. Were there clues to a struggle that investigators missed? And, what did Rebecca’s last text message to her sister reveal about her state of mind? Attorney Anne Bremner and private investigator Paul Ciolino give their take on evidence that they say hasn’t been properly analyzed. And, forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht — whose expertise was critical to the investigations of Anna Nicole Smith, JonBenet Ramsey and O.J. Simpson — reveals his findings after examining Zahau's exhumed remains. Does he think foul play was involved? Plus, Dr. Phil shares his conversation with San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore. Is there enough new evidence to re-open the case?

Rebecca Zahau seems to have been more sinister than she is being portrayed.

She had "gold digger" written all over her. This tells me a lot about her....

She began dating Shacknai in 2008, while still married to Neil Nalepa. She worked as an ophthalmic technician until December 2010. Her former boss stated that she had left her job voluntarily to spend more time with Shacknai and his children. Jonah Shacknai, the 54-year old CEO of Medicis Pharmaceutical, lived in Arizona but often took vacations with his family to the Coronado mansion. His position made him Arizona's ninth-highest-paid CEO, earning $6.4 million in 2010.

Her cheating on her spouse is bad, but it does not make her a gold digger..

Maybe or maybe not but a married woman (who supposedly had strong Christian values) does not leave her job (and marriage) to "hang out" with another man. And she ceratinly would not have done so had Shacknai been a poor or working class man. She saw an opportunity to possibly land a multimillionaire and pounced on it.

I think the fact that her life ended in such a manner is an indication that she had ruffled feathers in some of her dealings. Its sad that she lost her life but she was not an innocent.

And there is this...

According to Phoenix court records, Zahau was charged with shoplifting in 2009. Police said she entered a Macy’s store and put more than $1,000 in jewelry into shopping bags from different stores. Loss prevention officers stopped her as she was walking out and called police, said Sgt. Steve Martos.
She pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor and agreed to pay nearly $500 and attend a shoplifting diversion course. She used a court-appointed attorney.

Rebecca Zahaus body was exhumed to re-examine the cause of her death, not to determine whether or not she was a golddigger.

Sinister? That is very unfair considering you don't know any details or circumstances. You don't know the circumstances of her marriage or whether Jonah even asked her to stay home and care for his kid. You're making conclusions without knowing personal details. For God's sake, she was lying dead in the courtyard naked and uncovered for 12+ hours. No one deserves that, nor do they deserve to be called sinister without good cause.

Got compassion?

Women leave men to be with other men all the time. Same with men leaving women. While it's very hurtful to the mate/partner it happens to, it's part of our cultural mores' and doesn't really imply more than what it is.
