Dr. Wecht charges $500.00 an hour but gave this family a discounted rate. Real nice of him don't you think!

That doesn't include the cost to exhume the body.

They put up an fb page asking for donations....With all the interest in this case, there was no one willing to fund a second autopsy before the burial?

I doubt it.

Again, this begs the question...If her boyfriend is a multimillionaire with whom she lived (and supposedly loved her) then why isn't he just as concerned as her family about getting to the bottom of the mysteries surrounding her death? Why would her family have to ask for money from the public? Shouldn't her boyfriend, the multimillionaire, have stepped in with a check in hand to take care of those expenses regarding exhuming her body?

So no, all was not well in that mansion. Millionaire boyfriend had made no steps to make this woman his wife (golddigging girlfriend, yes...wife, no)

There seems to be a rift between the millionaire boyfriend and Rebecca's family. Actually, he has threatened to sue her family for defamation.

Rebecca Zahau’s Boyfriend Warns He Might Sue Her Family’s Lawyer - ABC News

It is sad that this young woman lost her life but I think that she had decided to play the fairly common yet dangerous game of a gold digger (which requires cunning and manipulation as a rule). She left her husband and quit her job to be the financially dependent "shack-up honey" to a multimillionaire CEO and (probably unwillingly) play nanny to his son (who ends up being fatally injured while under her care). Does not sound very "strong Christian values" to me.

He wants the family and their unanswered questions to go away.

What appears to be a lack of interest into probing her death speaks for itself.

When the story first broke, the multimillionaire boyfriend was saying that they were planning on getting married.

I think what happened is that she was blamed for he little boys accident and someone wanted to get "even". The boyfriend knows how it was and I think he police were paid to say that it was a suicide..

While you can not like the things this woman did, or her morals, values, etc. that still does not give someone the right to MURDER her. My gosh I cant believe you sound like " Oh well, she was bad, she deserved to die ". I can see you not liking her, or not even caring about her death, but if she was murdered, why in hades wouldnt you want that person caught and punished? Are you saying being a gold digger is a worse crime than murder? So she shop lifted, so should we start killing everyone, including teens who do also?

And if we killed every woman who's left their hubby for a rich man, we'd have a lot less women living if we killed them all. I dont mean to sound harsh or get after you, but your posts sound like you dont care a possible murderer is getting away with their crime, just cause you dont care for the victims way of life. If she really did what you've posted, she still didnt come close to be one of the dregs of society. jmho

The idiot cops left her dead body uncovered for 12 hours. No wonder the cops get a bad rap.
