The point of course is Kangaroo courts can determine that anyone is a war criminal. News flash - the mainstream public does not think (snip) Bush (is a) war criminal(s). Quite a few people believe that Bush et.al. are war criminals.

LOL. Did you disregard everything I posted? This "tribunal" has no legal legitamacy outside of Malaysia, it is not a recognized global court of law. I am not sure it has any legal legitamacy INSIDE of Malaysia even. This is not any sort of "branch of the world court", where do you guys come up with that nonsense? No one can be arrested or imprisoned as a result of this.
It's a court soley set up and presided by the former leader of Malaysia, a tin pot 3rd world dictator that is doing his best to turn Malaysia into his version of fascist Germany. It's, at best, a mock trial. At worst and probably more descriptive, it's a political propaganda tool. Using this method, amyone could charge and find, for instance, Mother Theresa guilty of war crimes.
It's also "investigating" war crimes against the Palestinian territories and Lebanon. See a trend here? Anti-west, anti-semite.
Again, this is a P&C topic. And I dare say your motive is to debate a political topic in the crimes forum. Take it to the forum a few sections above us. Or, if you really want to pursue this topic then we can discuss Mahathir Mohamad (Malaysian dictator and this trial's founder) and his "Jews Rule The World" anti-semitic diatrabe/speach. I didn't put this in Crimes the OP did. The indictment stands and they could be arrested on these charges, just as Ariel Sharon could have been arrested on the indictment for slaugtering wwomen and children in the camps in Lebonan. The Nuremberg Doctrine is International Law and does apply to both the US and Israel if they are members of the UN

What's this, are you practicing some form of 'if you say it enough times it makes it true?' Read slowly and carefully, as this is essentially the third time I have tried to drum these facts into you two:
1.) Bush HAS NOT been indicted for war crimes by any legitimate court of law. Not the Hauge, not the UN, not any internationally recognized body.
2.) Bush has been out of the country to international locations many times since leaving office. He has never faced arrest or the fear of arrest.
Nice you bringing up Lebanon here. Brings your motives more into the spotlight. You fit in well with the likes of the former Malaysian PM and the PM of Iran and the rest of the "wipe Israel off the face of the earth" crowd.

The Nuremberg Doctrine was adopted by the UN in 1951, at US insistance as International Law. The Kuala Lumpur Court sets forth a Prima Facie Case for Waging Aggressive Warfare against Mr Bush and Mr Blair. So I'm sure if you bury your head deep enough in the sand it might go away but it is a valid case. The Case against Sharon was supposed to come up after Milosevich.
