His new "issue" is that it was unconstitutional that he was extradited back to Argentina from Chile. That it was against the "rules"...umm...why is he so concerned with rules and laws now? He did not seem to care much when he broke them....just a thought...even though, he is still innocent, until "proven" guilty.

Slogs like him are why I support the death penalty. There is a ton of evidence that he killed that girl. He now says thugs broke in, killed her, he fled to save his life. Right.

I see he is trying to weasel out of this, even trying to involve Dutch authorities into taking him to Holland to serve his time. I hope that does not happen.

Although, I wonder if he will be in prison in protective custody forever...slime.

you say the usa legal system is better than the arubian system ?Ever hear of OJ Simpson?
I was told the Natlee Hollaway Investigation was coming to a halt when FOX news got involved. They fired her mothers lawyer and brought in an American lawyer who has as much authority legally as I do In Aruba

Sociopaths like himself spend every waking hour of their incarcerations trying to find an injustice and loophole.

A jury acquitted OJ Simpson. Getting into legalities of the two systems is altogether different.
