The thing about a pervert, is that they are very cunning. They will, in many cases, do everything but penetration. They will "rough house", tickling, or wrestling, be overly affectionate, put their hands on a child's body, like touching the upper inner thigh, "brushing" genetalia, showering with a child. I consider a pervert like this to be just as bad as one who has gone the whole way. Because they have invaded a child's personal space for sexual gratification. But, a pervert like this will doubtfully, ever be brought to justice.
Long ago when I was a kid ... playing with my five best little girl friends in the neighborhood. We had a local mom and pops grocery store (really just Pops as mom never showed up) two gasoline pumps ... penny candy counter and he made his own chili for hot dogs ... had those old drink machines chest type you could sit on top of them. The owner had a part-time old man that would come in and relieve him so he could go home for a few hours during the day.
One of the kids I played with told us the old guy that watched the store when the owner went home told her he would give her a bag of candy if she would let him give her a "television kiss." She ran out of the store afraid. We didn't know what a television kiss was ... but later years and maturity we figured out it was on the lips/mouth YUCK for little kids from strangers,
So kid like we cooked up a plan for some free BB Bats, Kits, Tootsie Rolls, Mary Janes .... one would go in with the rest of us hiding and watching. She would pick out the candy and get the bag then just as he told her to go in the back or behind the counter she would give us the sign shake the bag in the air like she was so happy .... then the other five of us would come bouncing in the store and making noise. Whoever the volunteer for the day would ran out with the bag of candy that we shared. As we tried to make up our minds what we wanted to buy ... nothing today! We would go all over the stores ... how much is this ... LOL
This didn't last long ... my older sister advised my mom this man was a pervert and when the owner of the store is gone no child needs to go into that store especially alone.
At 8,9 and 10 we didn't know what a pervert was ... we just knew we had hit the jackpot and figured out how to get free candy and not have to give the old man television sugar. This was in the 50's and I realize years later we were dealing with a child molester. I sometimes wondered if the old man was successful with any of the other children in the neighbor as our group never said a thing about our little game. And all good things come to an end ... no more free candy and fortunately none of us had to give up a television kiss or anything worse.
My daughter told me one of her HS teachers was a pervert, he would look down the shirts of young girls, and check out their bodies. She says everyone knew he was a pervert. But, he never groped anyone. So, no one cared...

I think teenage girls watch, learn and talk to each other and most will never be alone with someone like that.

We had a high gym teacher who would hand every girl their towel as we came out of the shower and check of on her clipboard that we had indeed showered.
Seems she was always a bit slow to hand the towel over and stared just little long...creepy to say the least.

Most young teens at that age are embarrassed ... they may not mind showering with their peers but prefer not to let adults look at them nude.
I agree. Adults don't shower with kids--especially one on one, alone, in a deserted locker room. While it is not, in and of itself "child molestation", it is not the "norm". And would seem inappriate to me.
I have showered with kids, as a teacher, but I was clothed, or at least in a swim suit, and it was with SPED kids. Always with a group of other kids, teachers, and assistants. Never one on one. Ever. In a 20 year career.

He will take this to the grave, guaranteed! He most likely won't be making it to testify at Sandusky's impending trial. He is just as low as Sandusky. He could have prevented so many innocent kids from being harmed. Whatever comes around, goes around is my motto!. NO sympathy for this piece of garbage!
Anyone who turns a blind eye to child abuse is as guilty as the abuser.
Interesting how his health has gone downhill so fast since he stopped working. He just died, CNN reported. He will answer to a higher power now.

This guy could have called 911 and done the right thing! God forbid I SAW with my own eyes that someone was molesting/raping a child You better believe I would be calling the authorities! All of his accomplishments and dignity are NULL and VOID since he had the power to STOP the monster from ruining other lives! He COVERED IT UP as he himself did and had no conscience! Absolitely not one bit of sympathy. I couldn't imagine someone who thinks that this bum didn't do anything wrong! My kids would never be allowed near people like this!
