I like reading about charming criminals in true crime books, partly because I'm totally devoid of charm, and it amazes me how those with an abundance of charm can charm their way into people's lives with the greatest of ease.

My sister-in-law has charm "tattooed" over her entire body which betwixted my brother from day one. She could dance naked out of any true crime book!

Right now I am reading 29 Below: An Encounter With John Wayne Gacy by Jeff Rignall and Ron Wilder. Remember the guy who was so traumatized that when he testified against Gacy, he puked on the stand? This is the story of what Gacy did to him.
