Here is my prediction: Joran Van Der Sloot will probably attempt an escape or actually escape prison..some newscasters are saying that he "hung his head in shame" HE WAS FALLING ASLEEP NOT HANGING HIS HEAD!! Another newscaster said he "wiped away tears" IMPOSSIBLE THAT HE EVEN SHEDS TEARS!! HE FEELS ZERO REMORSE!! He was wiping sweat off his face, he looks like a full fledged drug addict!! Scratching, sweating, fidgeting...classic drug addict signals...

Just sayin'

Default He's..

a remorseless thug who enjoys hurting and killing women. He should be wrapped in barbed wire and shot into the sun.

He will probably get out in less time, And will be on 20/20 or one of those shows with a craggy faced reporter asking him "what was going through your mind?" What a joke.

They had a special on him on Dr.Drew. Apparently his Mother has washed her hands of him. Apparently he was quite a bad kid, and rather than disciplne him, they just indulged him.

Now that his trial is over, will his deluxe private suite be gone?

He has no soul. He has no conscience. He's dead inside.

Heard on the radio today that he killed her after he caught her viewing info about the natalie hollaway case on his laptop.....which begs the question.....if she knew who he was......why would she have ever gotten herself into a room alone with him?

Because she was young, and dumb. Sadly. Or maybe really into making her parents mad, going out with this guy would give anyone's parents a burst blood vessel. Or she was enthralled with his "fame" and bad boy status.

Girls that age are so trusting. They think nothing bad can happen to them, and they will live forever. Fiends like Van der slime, take advantage of their nave innocence and trust.

He will die someday, and burn in Hell for eternity. Along with anyone who created this monster, and did not stop him. His parents KNEW he was a sociopath. And never got him treatment. Or even tried to stop him. Just think, they protected him in Aruba, if they had not, he might have gone to jail there, and this young woman would be alive today. I wonder how many other girls he killed, that went unnoticed? I don't think these were his only two victims.

If she didn't know who he was until she saw it on his computer, it was already too late.

Anyway, we don't know that she even looked at his computer, that is what Joran said she did. IMO, it is more likely that he lured her to his room to steal the money he knew she had won, and she put up more of a fight than he thought she would.

Or, maybe he thought he could get her so drunk she would pass out, and then he would just walk off with her money, only it didn't work.

Just like with Casey Anthony.....we will never know how it actually played out.

BTW, I saw one interview with some author, that said Joran nearly beat his younger brother to death once. The parent's solution? They moved Joran into a seperate apartment on their property. To a teenage boy....that would be a reward.

With money from whoever (the nutty doctor lady (?) he is able to pay the guards for his electronics plus marijuana. They have a video of him purchasing marijuana.

The FBI is after him and want to extradite him to the USA for the extortion charges. They are trying to get Peru to let the USA have him before he starts his sentence, press charges and go to trial here. I think Peru better keep him you never can tell what will happen with the American Justice System.

After he serves his time he has to leave Peru the FBI needs to be waiting on him and bring him in then. That little 'sincere confession' didn't do him much good. But I think he should have received life.

Today the condition of the Flores body was discussed ... even the bottom of her feet was covered in bruises. He is totally useless.

WOW! Criminal has more rights !! How sad!! LOL @ Vandersnot!

Hopefully someone will get rid of him!!

He needs life in prison for Natalie too. SHe was just legally declared dead after all these years.

Im still torn on the Natalee Halloway case but at least he got something for this murder.

Im convinced that if the Arubans had brought in the Dutch National Police earlier then he would have been arrested and charged with murdering Natalee Halloway long before he ever had the chance to murder Stephany Flores. Aruba is part of the Kingdom of Netherlands and as such the Dutch government has the ultimate responsibility to ensure justice is delivered and laws are enforced.
