Rolling the dice on the justice game...this young man lost the toss. My question here, he was 15 years old, and seems to be marginal intellect, should he have even had a say in his own trial?

Default Other Criminology-related Websites of interest

Lots of crimes listed here. Of special interest are all the crimes listed throughout history. Check out the Notorius Murders and also Women Executed in America. Interesting and scary reads.
Amongst my many, many intellectual interests (being a broad-based intellectual-type) is criminology. Hence, when reading up on this field from time to time, I have often read up on cases throughout history as detailed on the Crime Library website.

Other related websites of relevance to also check out (if you readers out there don't already know of these websites) include:

Hi guys! I am your new moderator for this forum. This forum is great! I've been reading your posts and getting to know you. Do not hesitate to DM me with concerns or suggestions. I know that I may make some decisions that you may not think are right. We can talk about it via DM.

What I'd like to do is to get some input from you. It is YOUR forum. This sticky is going to go away since no one (except me) has contributed to it since December.

I could do a poll but you may have more ideas than I do. I will keep a tally though.

Would you like to start a new chat thread?

Would you like a True Crime book thread?

How about News Videos about Crimes?

Or a thread dedicated to Documentaries about crimes?

OK, that's all the ideas I have for now. What do you think?

Thank you!

I guess what I'm looking for is something to help te members of this form feel like this is their little corner of CD. This chat thread had very little activity. But then again, as a moderator of P&OC that, at times, can get close to 500 posts AN HOUR anything would seem slow.

The true crime book threads were good, but that doesn't seem to be the focus of those who post in this area of the forum.

It seems to be more of a current events forum with a focus on true crime.
