Danny Robbie Hembree Jr. the 50-year-old Gaston County man is on death row at Central Prison in Raleigh for suffocating 17-year-old Heather Catterton in 2009. He is accused of killing two other women, Randi Dean Saldana and Deborah Ratchford. Hembree confessed to killing the three women during police interrogation

Hembree was sentenced to death in November 2011. The Gaston Gazette received the letter from Hembree ... this is their article.

Killer says NC death row not so bad | death, hembree, letter - Gaston Gazette

His hand written letter is available to read under his picture in the article ... he is a gentleman of leisure ... watching TV in air conditioning ... taking naps at will ... eating three well balanced meals a day ... the prison is connected to a new 55 million dollar medical facility ... free medical 24/7 .... and he will be there while the years and years of appeals roll on and on ...

He murdered these three girls ... dumped their bodies not far from where we live ... admitted to the murders and will sit there for twenty years or more. I know the lawyer dude will pop in and tell us the benefits of appeals and how we would never want to execute an innocent person but this guy is guilty as sin.
