This happened today on a walking and bike trail I've used myself. Just before noon three teenagers allegedly tried to rob an elderly bike rider near Reading Pa. and he used a gun to defend himself. One teenager is dead, another in the hospital and one is being questioned by police. The shooter is cooperating with police.
Violent crime is escalating in southeast Pa, Reading, Berks and Philadelphia. I don't know whats causing it. Its not just robberies, its confrontations and domestic violence.
