Joran van der Sloot's 'health deteriorating' in maximum security prison | Mail Online

Quote:
He was transferred to the high security Piedras Gordas facility in the north of the capital Lima after criticism that conditions where he was being held were too comfortable.
Since then, he is said to have deteriorated after he was placed in solitary confinement.
Reports I hear are conditions in the Piedras Gordas facility are even more horrific than Castro Castro.

Looks like hell to me.

He wont live 3 years much less 28.

Pretty good as compared to what?

Where Joran screwed up is Stephanie's dad has lots and lots of political connections along with lots of money too.

After sentencing, van der sloot was immediately moved to high-security Piedras Gordas prison – a far cry from the cake-walk he had at Castro Castro! Piedras Gordas houses local crime bosses and terrorism convicts – some are from the brutal Shining Path guerrillas. The move was ordered partly based on the Flores’ family complaints that van der sloot enjoyed a flat-screen television, internet access and a cell phone while incarcerated in Castro Castro.

Imagine the hell hole it must be when compared to Castro Castro Piedras Gordas is considered a "cake walk".

I know Joran got $100,000 from his girlfriend but that doesn't go all that far when you got to pay off 3,000 fellow inmates not to beat the snot out of you. Meanwhile dad only needs to contact the warden and two inmates with $10,000 to make Joran's life a miserable hell and it will be so.

We should establish a Joran dead pool.

That is a lovely, lovely place for Vandersnot to spend his time ... fresh air, exercise and they each have their own little buckets. Plenty of friends to bond with .... yes he is just where he needs to be.

He has a girl friend?? She sent him $100k?

I LOVE it! A "Van der Sloot" dead pool.

I don't have sympathy for him. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time!
His life is over. And what is remaining is miserable. A South American prison! Idiot!

What a stupid lady, why would she be a guardian angel for a murderer? She's nothing better. Someone is gonna get this guy sooner or later, he won't make it.
