I haven't seen the Nova show but if that's where you're getting your facts for the above information it's certainly not worth watching.

Just to cover a couple:

Where did you read or hear that CAL Jr. was mentally retarded?

What are the names of the people (co-workers or friends of BRH) who actually perpetrated the kidnapping/murder? Hauptmann worked at quite a few places until he retired the day the ransom was paid.

These people were friends of Hauptmann's yet Lindbergh hired them? How would Charles Lindbergh ever know associates of Richard Hauptmann? Did he happen to meet these people at the Guggenheim mansion or at Will Roger's ranch, both places CAL lived or hung around?

I've read it - in fact have two copies.

If that's where you're getting your information you might as well be making it up yourself. Although the suspect certainly resembles Condon's described CJ that's about the end of it.

Try reading Gardner and Fisher (2 books for Fisher) then make your comments.
