He was actually already in jail for a theft charge on the day that the rape occurred so there was not way he could have committed the crime.

Given a public defender that only met with him twice, and then convicted of the crime.

Thirty-five years later he was released and through fingerprint evidence not original used by prosecutor's as well as written reports that he was in custody on a theft charge the exact same day of the rape, he his conviction was vacated by a judge.

35 years is a long time when you are innocent.

The prosecutorial misconduct in this case was about as bad as the case in Texas involving Kerry Max Cook. His story www.chasingjustice.com
