Well she "could" face charges

This case should be dismissed. The attackers had already exposed themselves by sharing pictures of the rape. Their defense attorney is full of himself.

Good thing the case is getting some publicity. Scumbags like them need to be exposed.

Well, sorry but the laws are supposed to apply to everyone, not just a select few.

It's sad but it's the way it is.

She knew the potential consequences and did what she felt was right, good for her. Not all crimes are morally wrong, and this one to me falls in the category. Then again, I'm somewhat of an anarchist.

She violated a court order. Therefore, she should be arrested and charged. The "suspects" haven't been found guilty, therefore, they are innocent at this time. AFTER being found guilty, had she did what she did, all is good. Until then, the process is what it is and the judge ordered her to keep her trap shut. She decided not too. Lock her up. Lock them up too, if they did what they are accused of.

Don't offenders for crimes such as this usually get their name and photos published in the paper or some other database accessible to the public anyhow?
