I don't know if they have enough evidence...after all, they previously ruled the death as "accidental"....and if they rule out the innuendos of the other wife missing as well, what do they have? I don't know enough about this case. But it does make me ill. This guy is a killer. One wife dead, another one, "missing"...Moms don't usually walk out on kids, and never call their families again.

I think it's likely they didn't really look into the death that was ruled accidental -- it happens often enough -- and if they didn't think they had strong cases against him now they wouldn't take it to trial at all. So if the prosecution is hopeful, so am I.

If anyone remembers this famous quote from English Lit / American Lit courses:

The mills of the gods grind slowly, but they grind exceedingly fine.

I certainly do want to believe that ultimately justice will always be served - may be slow, however, in the end.....

Personally, this is going to come down to two expert witnesses. If I recall right, the original medical examiner ruled the death accidental. The second medical examiner, many years after the fact, ruled the death a homicide. Other then that, you don't have any other real evidence in the case, to prove one way or the other. The district attorney is hedging all its bets on the second medical examiner. The defense is hedging its bets on the first medical examiner, sticking to his/her guns to the original findings.

Then? Well, its anyone's game. Who the heck knows what a jury will and/or will not do?

Drew should pray for a change of venue....to Pinellas county! Has anyone not heard about this guy?! Does anyone really think he is a victim of a horrible coincidence? One wife dies of a tragic accident...another wife leaves him, and never contacts anyone...and leaves her children?

This poor innocent man...a victim of circumstance....right.

That's the truth!
