of course i'd have to mention charles manson

another i'd nominate would be richard ramirez

both manson and ramirez are water signs (scorpio and pisces, respectively) and i think water signs have some of the most intense eyes of the zodiac!

ted bundy, total psycho

cho, had shark eyes

here's another one with a cold, lifeless stare that just seems to emanate pure evil. recently accused killer anders breivik

who would you pick? and include their picture,if you like.

Charles Manson wasn't a serial killer.

Heck no, he's America's best-loved political-religious terrorist.

I vote for Coral Watts. He looks like John Q. Citizen most of the time, and then his expression sort of slips, and when it does suddenly you can see the guy who sprints over to a total stranger, stabs her 11 times in the chest, and runs away laughing. Then he goes back to looking like John Q Citizen again.

Manson wasnt really a serial killer, per se, but he sure looked the part. Ted Bundy sure did, Berkowitz pretty much looked like a cook too

If Ted Bundy was so creepy, and he is if you look long enough, why is it written that he was charming and likable?

Robert....that is EXACTLY why he and his eyes are the most scary. Would I have gotten in a car with Ckarles Manson if I were old enough at the time? NO WAY!

Not educated, lower class, acted strange. Same with others.

A preppy looking guy in a VW bug well spoken with a charming personality? Hey...at 14 I may have gotten into the car.

He looked like a grad student and a prep. The son of some lawyer my dad played golf with. THAT was why he was so treacherous.

Even class conscious snobby middle class girls could see him as a young professional or student, a doctor, dentist or lawyer. The youth Pastor at your church. The insurance guy.

THAT is what scares me about BUNDY. He could have killed me.

Bundy is my pick for scariest eyes. That's not just from checking out this thread. I've thought this ever since years ago, when I first saw that picture in the opening post here. That picture shows Bundy's eyes when he didn't feel the need to put on his charming act, and let the real Bundy show through. But take a look at that picture and you'll see something kind of strange and shining in his eyes, that I can easily imagine shifting over into a false look of bright and charming whenever Bundy felt like displaying that expression. That picture really shows what a shape-shifter he could be. The totally fake charming boy next door that he could play convincingly--when he wanted to. Now that's scary.

They all have eyes piercingly cold or demonic. The one exception that comes to mind...Jeffrey Dahmer.
