That drug eats people alive. I'm pro-legalization of maryjane and some other drugs. Not that one.

They need to keep meth illegal so the cops can lock up these people who need help getting away from it. When the system locks up a pothead for a year, it's a waste of resources IMHO. When they lock up a meth head for a year, they are potentially saving a life.

You think locking someone up in prison is an effective way of treating addiction? From where did you get such an idea?

They should make giant color posters of these mugshots and put them up in every high school in the country.

It's better than having them die in the streets. I'd rather see treatment programs for addicts, but you know how we roll in this country. Money for prisons= hell yeah. Money for mental health or addiction = hell no.

Sad state of affairs. Hopefully the prisons have some sort of NA / AA type programs.

In the large picture of the woman at age 53, she looks DEAD! I agree with renault's idea, hopefully it would make kids stop and think.

So sad. I thank the stars everyday that no one in my family has resorted to drugs. Not saying it couldn't happen down the line, but so far so good.
What a sad life.
