His typing job has been very easy during this trial.........it's been all four letter words.

Wow, I thought Sky Hughes was powerful then I saw her husband on I guess tonight with Dr. Drew. He talked about Jodi being at their bedroom door a second time ( his wife sensed like before). He said when Travis opened the door that he (Chris Hughes) saw ARIAS. He described her as "evil like nothing I've seen before or since.".

He goes on to comment that he and Sky told Travis to go take care of her they were going to bed. Then he talks about neither he nor Sky being able to sleep as they were worried their children might be in danger w ARIAS still in their home.

I don't know how to copy and paste these interviews w an iPhone, but you can easily find them on Dr. Drew.

There wasn't much.vid to hear but Dr. Drew said what drove him nuts about the neuropsychologist's testimony, besides the facts he Didn't interview ARIAS..... Is that correct?
Apparently, this neuropsych was told his testimony wouldn't be allowed in a different case ... The judge tossed his opinions out........ Is this true as well?

Dr. Drew said what drove him crazy was a neuropsychologist was answering questions only an ER doc, neurosurgeon, pathologist or trauma surgeon etc. would know. He doesn't have the medical training to describe what happens to a brain after a bullet enters.

Sounds like the DT found another "winner."

Maybe he'll write a book too: The most repeated words of the ARIAS Trial. With an intro or forward and summary, it could be 10 pages. But how to capture Nurmi asleep with his eyes open. He could just write, "Dpka, " for Defense Picked nose again.

It is too bad that he didn't heed the warnings of the Hughes and other friends though, until it was too late.
I am the first to admit I can't keep much of this timeframe straight. Maybe Sky House mid-spoke or more likely I typed the wrong # here. She was perfectly clear the gun was stolen 2 days after thirty were talking to Travis in their bedroom. She said it was just weeks until he was murdered. Read or listen to what her husband said tonight about their fear for their own children in the home.

I honestly don't know if Travis had much of a survival chance when Sky saws the gun was stolen 2 days later.

They talked about what Travis could no longer accept or forgive in ARIAS and not being able to know what it was, as "it" was somehow referenced in one of the May 2008 emails to they read later and couldn't unravel.

I think by this time, unless TA moved 2.000+ miles within a day with no friends or work colleagues knowing where he was that his days were numbered.

I wish for his sake that event had occurred in 2007 so he had a year to get away from her, complete the Police Reports he had started about her and gotten an order of protection.
