The 12 jurors all white, the only Hispanic was dismissed when he got sick. Y'all don't have anything but white people in Phoenix? Old white people too. I'm just teasing ... where I live once you hit 62 you are no longer required to serve on jury duty. This jury is a strange mixture that vary in age. I hope an older person has been chosen as Foreman or Forewoman or Foreperson or as Arias would say Foreplay.

Ages:
70s = 1
60s = 5
50s = 1
40s = 3
30s = 1
20's or maybe early 30s = 1

1. White female in her 60s
2. White male in his 50s
3. White female in her 40s
4. White male in his 60s
5. White female in her 60s
6. White male in his 30s
7. White male in his 60s
8. White male in his 40s
9. White male in his late 20s or early 30s
10. White male in his 60s
11. White female in her 40s
12. White male in his 70s

Alternates
White female in her 40s, White Female in her 30s & White male in late 60s early 70s

I don't know if it's a good thing or not that there are so many males on the jury vs females. I hate to say that beling male myself. I just hope these guys don't fall for the "poor pretty damsel in distress" to me the girl is not pretty at all..Maybe when she was blonde but even then to me she was screaming "sluty Hoe" in all of those pictures..and to tell you the truth I am surpsrised Travis even dated her. Everyone that ever met the chick has now come forward and said she was weird.

I have always viewed Phoenix as a very culturally diverse city so I am somewhat surprised by 12 juror's of any one race being one it. But I guess both sides agreed to it so whatever...That does surprise me though!

Just to add. Not just male and female things. Their daughters and sons' experience will play a role too. I think the juror only has son will tend to vote for DP. The juror only has daughter may vote for less charge. Just a speculation.

It's harder serving on a jury than I thought it would be. We watch trials like this and we say " I would vote to fry him/her for sure", but when you have that life or death decision in your own two hands it causes you to ask yourself if you are really making the right decision. Even the thought of sending someone to prison is a heavy burdon.

I was on a stabbing trial one time where a girl allegedly stabbed some guy at a place they were all hanging out at. When it came time to actually go into the deliberation room and make that call the reality of what I had to do hit me. Was I condemning an innocent girl to prison ? Luckily for us, the last witness was her Sister, who looked very much like the accused, and she said SHE stabbed the guy, not her accused Sister !

But in this trial, and in the Anthony trial, I don't think I would have any problem pressing the "guilty" button. So much evidence, and so many obvious lies that they have guilt written all over them.

OMG, I just looked at that Jodi Arias is innocent site and I think I am going to be sick. There are actually people who somehow think what she did was justified and that she is innocent !

I guess it takes all kinds. There were women sending love letters to Richard Ramirez, the Night Stalker, while he was in prison, so I guess nothing should surprise us anymore.

Too bad it's too early for a stiff drink, I need one after that,

The site is also selling T shirts and asking for donations that will go to "battered women". Sure they will, and I have a couple of bridges down here in Florida that I am putting up for sale. All proceeds of the bridge sales will also be given to charity.

The Night Stalker actually found someone to marry him! Guess there's really someone for everyone.

There are always going to be a few loose screws who support or identify with the criminal because they themselves are sick in the head, or they are just trolls who get a kick out of going against the grain and stirring the pot.

I'm not sure that race or gender are so important with regards to the jury. I feel that education level and life experience matter more. Do these people understand what a sociopath is? Do the older jurors know what a "booty call" is, or are they out of touch like LaViolette and think that all domestic violence is perpetrated by men? I believe the evidence speaks for itself in this particular case, and it screams first degree murder, but I suppose there's always a chance one of those loose screws could end up on the jury.

The attorneys handled the jury selection but it did surprise me. Even the three dismissed, one white female, one white male (DUI) and the one lone Hispanic that was sick.

If I had served on the Anthony jury, no jury foreman or anyone else would have convinced me to change my mind ... she was guilty. Anthony and Arias are both liars. Anthony didn't take the stand but boy oh boy that gal could weave huge lies. Arias took an oath and has lied to the court and looked the jurors straight in their eyes and lied. Over and above the charges against her she needs to be charged with perjury.

I knew then something weird was going to happen..If God forbid I ever end up on trial I will not ever want to have '12 peers' judging me..
After the Anthony trial, I questioned a jury of 12 peers ... If I ever ended up on trial I may just let a judge determine my case. I think one can do that.

That website is terrible ... they have a place to donate to Arias and it says all money goes to the Arias commissary account ... yes sure it does. The Arias family announced last week to send any money for their daughter to them not a website. They didn't name the website but I would think that would be the one they are referring to.

On that website whoever operates it posted the movie "The Secret" and "The Law of Attraction" ... that is The Secret.

Search Results THE SECRET

There is a Facebook page Justice4Travis ... but I don't do Facebook but I do follow Justice4Travis on Twitter. They need to sell T Shirts for Travis with Gladys Knight's song: "You're The Worse Thing That Ever Happened To Me"

This is a good video explaining the jury options.
