Look at HNL evidence photo #99 of a 'shoe print' in wet blood. The prosecutor already stated that Jodi was in socks.
Who then, walked in the bathroom, other than Jodi, during or immediately after the murder?
The blood would have been dry by the time investigators walked in there. Furthermore, they are trained to not contaminant the crime scene.
She spent time pulling him into shower(bathtub) and cleaning up area etc.,throwing camera into washing machine etc.,she probably put on footwear.Body was not discovered for several days.I do stand corrected shell was 25 cal last I heard. How do we know that gun was not one stolen from grandmother and placed there by her and she threw it away so this could not be revealed.

Does anyone think that it was an accident that the camera ended up in the washer?

Someone deleted the photos, one by one, before throwing it in washer. Also, the crime scene was in the bathroom, not the bedroom, there was no blood on the sheets, why were they washed? Maybe the camera was in with the sheets, by accident. Doesn't seem consistant to leave the camera, but take the gun and knife.

That is what I was thinking - that the camera went in with the sheets. The pictures were deleted but why take the time to delete them when it would easier to take out the card? The sheets might have been washed to rid of dna.

This is what I don't understand: Mary Louise Parker, er, Jodi Arias throws sheets and things into the washer in an attempt to wash away evidence but left all that blood splatter at the sink and on the floor?

If it were me, I'd either try to scrub everything down or leave everything as is (or even plant other evidence like footprints, things stolen from other people, etc).

If I were a juror, I'd be exasperated by Edward James Olmos, er, Juan the Prosecutor at this point for delving too much into the minutiae.

She was in a fog. Haha...

And I don't think she planned to kill. If she did, she would just shoot him and leave quickly. No photos and no evidence left hebind. Well, perhaps she is not as smart as I gave her credit for.

I do think she is a self-fish person and a liar. She may become very angry when she realizes that she can never really have him. So went into a rage and ended in a fog....
