Nonverbal communication is usually understood as the process of communication through sending and receiving wordless (mostly visual) cues between people.

Nonverbal communication represents two-thirds of all communication.

And now Juror #5 is in eye-shot of the jury??

OK, ladies. If your husbands or SOs lie to you, that's abuse!

LOL

It's a shame that woman is prostituting herself for Jodi (and for $$). It's a horrible disservice to real victims of abuse.

Wow, have I missed out. Not a good time to be w/o internet access. But soon.....

Looks like lots of great posts to read and get caught up on what's been happening. I've read some news blurbs that said Nurmi and ARIAS were smiling when the juror was kicked off. And from what the news said, the juror didn't want to leave. Weird things happen when trials go toooooooooo long.

Take care everyone,

MSR

Wow....

Attorney Jennifer: “I guess I’ll get this out of the way right now. Do you have any memory problems?”

Witness Alyce: "are you angry at me, Mr. Martinez?"

Judge Sherry: "no laughing in the courtroom !!!!!!!"

Prosecutor Juan: "You wanna spar with me??!!"

Yes, Lurker#5, oops I mean, Juror #5 returned to courtroom as observer. She's not sitting closest to the jury, yet she's in clear view of the jury. The defense motioned for the jury to be sequestered this morning but the motion was denied.

So why would the baliff take her to the restroom if she's just an observer now?

I actually partially agree with Nancy Dis-Grace for once, " this business with Juror #5 can give fodder to the defense for a mistrial".

Well, maybe not a mistrial in my opinion, but definitely for an appeal.
