I'm watching this again this afternoon. She's still on the stand with her lawyer. The prosecutor is sure objecting a lot today.
Her lawyer is asking lots of minute details about previous relationships, did he kiss you, how close did he get, were you at the party as his girlfriend or as a guest -- just incredibly boring stuff. Surely it's going somewhere but I'm not sure where.

I just wonder if the defense plans to drag this out through Friday so the jury will have all weekend to ponder her testimony.
The action will start when Juan Martinez does his cross examination. In the meantime I went to sleep this afternoon as Jodi droned on zzzzzzz ... at least we are up to where she met Travis ... whew!
Martinez is taking a lot of notes on his yellow pad. Jean Casarez said the jury is taking notes and some are leaning forward listening intently on the edge of their chairs.
I've been keeping track of this case and I say she certainly deserves capital punishment. There have been some who've made excuses for her and try to blame the victim.

The last three days the defense team is attempting to convince the jury that Jodi is the victim.
But Travis is dead ... gone forever ... stabbed twenty+ times, throat slashed and shot in the face.
Jodi thinks she has the Jury wrapped around her little finger the way she looks at them and smiles and carries on, yesterday she actually giggled about something... Mr. Martinez can hardly wait to get his hooks into her. It should be very interesting and quite entertaining to watch.

They are looking for just one stupid, ignorant, blindsided, juror who believes this garbage. After all, to that one juror she looks like a nice sweet innocent young lady who did nothing and deserves a medal.
And why don't you think she deserves capital punishment? After all, she brutally offed someone in vain.
Okay, I guess you can call me "prejudicial" on the death penalty when it comes to women. I could only support it if its like a "McVeigh" sort of thing or if she's killed numerous children.

I wouldn't call it prejudice, more like male guilt. Capital punishment is the best solution for anyone who took a life or literally ruined someone's life.
This is so similar to the Casey Anthony case. Pretty young girl who altered her appearance and who appears to be so innocent. Now the allegations of child-abuse (boo hoo).
I just hope that this one will not end in the same way.
