When will people learn ... don't put nude or semi-nude pictures on the internet.

Even men get caught remember Rep Weiner.

I am curious to see how this case will come out since we have very few laws regarding the internet (maybe kiddie porn is against the law.) It seems to me the pictures would have had to have a copyright to be exclusive.

Technically all pictures are copyrighted, but the copyright belongs to the person who took the picture, not the person in the picture. So in this case a copyright claim would be invalid. I'm curious how this will play out. While the woman have no copyright claim, a release is usually required to publish someones photo that was taken in a private setting. My guess is the women will win.
