JonBenet Ramsey grand jury voted to indict parents in 1999, but DA refused to prosecute

On a brilliantly clear autumn day more than 13 years ago, Boulder District Attorney Alex Hunter stepped to the podium before an anxious media horde to announce that the grand jury investigation into the death of JonBenet Ramsey had come to an end.

Pretty amazing - I, for one, I have always believed that in some way, the parents and/or a parent was involved either knowing information, committing a crime, something.

Bless our system

I don't believe either parent had anything to do with her death. Poor little girl.

Which is pretty much the opinion of any intelligent, objective person. There have been many threads on this subject before and when the facts are laid out, there is simply no logical way to connect the parents.

My guess is that the grand jury, much like the joke that is the Boulder Police Department, was eager to pin blame on someone...anyone...and the District Attorney saw this for what is what and refused to chase a lead he didn't believe in.
