I think she got off easy. It's just sad that our society has lost respect for authority that you have morons argue that the judge's punishment was too harsh.....really!!!

Can you imagine if this happened 20 years ago? That person would have probably gotten a week in jail. If I was that judge that I would have given her a week and let her think about her behavior, it also sends a message to any d-bag who thinks they can just casually flip off a judge and tell them to f off.

Default Penelope Soto Apologizes

Penelope Soto apologized to the judge today, her 30-day sentence is thrown out. She also admits that she was high on Xanax and alcohol during the first hearing. Looks like her family was crying nearby.

I loved what the judge was telling her.
Hopefully she follows though with the drug rehab program
