Okay, now I feel guilty for saying that most young people are not living up to their potential. Bravo, young people...bravo !!
Why are they not releasing his name? Had not been identified? They know who who he is, he made a police report. He's driving an expensive car, has money and some pull perhaps thats why no mention of his name. I'd think he would be too ashamed to report it to the cops. But if they don't release his name, maybe he also won't even get charged with a crime. Can't say I feel sorry for this victim.
My opinion is that minors should not even have a Facebook page. This situation highlights why.
As for this man being beaten. Our society should not tolerate any criminal acts, there is no excuse or justification. I hope the perpetrators are caught and punished.

There was a case in Florida where a 20 something year old had sex with a 12-13 year old girl. Dad and brother found out and found the kid, beat him pretty good and then told the cops he struggled with them while they waited for the cops to arrive. 20 yr old went to jail for sex with minor.....dad/brother no charges.

Except he didn't do anything illegal. The age of consent in Indiana is 16, there's nothing illegal about having consensual sex with a 16 year old, even if you are committing adultery (also not illegal). I grant you it's gross and pervy, but the guy isn't a sex offender and shouldn't be, a 16 year old really is old enough to understand what sex is and whether or not they want to engage in it.
